The team battled back with 4 goals in the third to Beat the Collingwood Hawks 2 games to 1 in the consolation finals. Collingwood scored on a couple of break aways to take a 3-0 lead into the third.

The Major Novice started off their consolation championship series with a convincing win over Collingwood 5-1. The team played hard and controlled the game. Our defence did a great job of closing the gap and holding the puck in at the blue line.

We started our streak last wednesday with a 5-1 win over Georgian Shores. Aidan Yarde
led the way with 4 points with Gavin Downs and Austin Barnard both picking up 3 points each. Kieran Moore helped out with a goal of his own while Jesse Alguire picked up an assist. The score was 2-1 going into the third but the boys kept up the pressure and pulled away to victory.
