Team Work Pays Off
The Major Novice started off their consolation championship series with a convincing win over Collingwood 5-1. The team played hard and controlled the game. Our defence did a great job of closing the gap and holding the puck in at the blue line.
Caleb Morrison started off the scoring with a nice hard wrist shot. Kieran Moore followed up the scoring with the next two goals. Patrick Brown and Elliot Thomson added assists on Kieran's first goal. Spencer Maddock and Owen Prior's hard work and great pressure led to Kieran's second goal. Aidan Yarde netted our fourth goal and assisted the fifth goal scored by Spencer Maddock. Every player worked hard and contributed to the win. A Great effort all around.
