Breakout game for Major PeeWees
The team took a little while to work out the bus legs after the long ride to Dundas, however  once the boys caught their stride, Dundas could do little but play catch up. Goalie Reese Pettigrew played confidently in net beat only once by a deflection, while scoring came from all lines and defense.  Alex MacNeil opened the scoring in the first taking a nice pass from Mathew Struthers placing the puck above the goalies shoulder.

At the end of 2 periods goals by Tyson Wilkins, Noah Rouse and Tanner Prior put Owen Sound in the driver’s seat despite spending most of the 2nd period in the sin bin.  A frustrated Dundas team took several penalties in the 3rd allowing OS to put the game out of reach for Dundas.  Goal 5 came after Jordan Lawrence dropped a Dundas foreward with a huge open ice hit causing a turn over that Mathew Lyall converted into a nice breakaway goal. Tyson Wilkins then potted his 2nd of the game late in the third as Owen Sound iced Dundas with a solid effort for the 6 1 victory.
