Programming Changes to Additional Entry Hockey
The OHF has made the decision to no longer offer an Additional Entry level of hockey effective this 2021-22 season.

The OMHA (only), asked for, and was granted a one year extension. It was made quite clear that the extension was for one year only and there would be no Additional Entry hockey next season.

Unfortunately there were also significant revisions made to the skill level the A.E. teams would be required to compete at.

Owen Sound AE 2 teams would now have to compete with the first entry teams from BB centres, not with the AE 3 and AE 4 teams that we have traditionally played in the past, which we had moderate success competing with.

OSMHG has decided not to register teams where they would not be competitive and as a result will not be offering Additional Entry hockey.
