As we honor the recipients of these prestigious awards, it is important to recognize that some of these accolades have been a part of our tradition for more than 40 years. They serve as a tribute to the countless individuals who have graced Owen Sound Minor Hockey in the past and who have helped shape the players, coaches, and volunteers who continue to carry on their legacy today.

Michael Walmsley Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U11 LL player who demonstrates outstanding leadership.
2023-24 Recipient - Colby Muzzel
Rick McComb Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U10 "A" player who best demonstrates leadership and dedication.
2023-24 Recipient - Ben Nicol
Jim Foulds Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U15 LL goalie who best demonstrates perseverance and a love of the game.
2023-24 Recipient - Mikayla Wingrove
John Poole Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U15 LL most sportsmanlike player.
2023-24 Recipient - Michael Farmer
Larry Charlie Brown Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U18 LL player who best exemplifies "willingness to play the game".
2023-24 Recipient - Cormac Nicholson
Josh Vanwyck Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U18 LL player who best demonstrates dedication and willingness to play the game.
2023-24 Recipient - Robert LaFond
Tony Hesch Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U18 "A" most valuable defenseman.
2023-24 Recipient - Sean Moorehead
Marc Johnson Memorial Award:
Awarded to the U16 "A" most sportsmanlike player.
