Owen Sound Scores 3rd Shutout of Season
Owen Sound Hyundai AE PeeWee hockey team skated to a 0-0 draw last night. Defensively our team did an excellent job limiting Elmvale to only 6 shots for the entire game. D-men: Keegan Bradley, Josh Clements, Seamus Furness, Oakley Patterson, Ryan Ames and Brayden White did a great job killing off several penalties and cutting off any Elmvale attackers from getting to the net.
Our Junior Attack had 32 shots on net and had several other great scoring chances that either deflected over the net or "clanged" off the goal posts. Buzzing around the net for the final period, Elmvale goaltender faced 17 shots but managed to cover or clear each rebound before "the boys" could get to them.
