2017 Finalists Bradford Blue & Gold
The Owen Sound Garb & Gear Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack placed second at the 80th Bradford Blue & Gold Tournament. 




The Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack team was 1-1-1 going into the quarter finals on Saturday afternoon against the Oakville Rangers - Blue. Nate Garrett would score 48 seconds into overtime to allow the team to move on to the semi finals on Sunday morning against the Erie North Shore. Nolan Edmonstone would open the scoring in period 2 giving the Jr. Attack the lead. The North Shore would tie it up in period 3. Lots of great chances on both teams in period 3 and overtime. Garrett would score in the 4th overtime (1 on 1) to allow the Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack to play the Riverside Rangers in the finals in the afternoon. The Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack played a good hard game but fell short 3 - 1 with Aiden Stanley getting the goal.
