CONNECT opened in May 2019 out of a need for MORE. More 1-on-1 time with our patients, more time learning about you and your goals, and more focus on doing the things that we know will help you in the long term. That meant creating a space that provided more than just the highest quality physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy services. It meant we needed a space where we could empower people to take active control of their health, and provide them with the specialized group fitness, yoga, and cycle classes that they needed to accomplish that. CONNECT is an enigma in both the healthcare world and the fitness world. We don't fit nicely into either box, but we know that the way that we bring the two together is going to help change the way we think about and manage our own health. ×

WINMAR® Owen Sound is a leading Southwestern Ontario-based, IICRC-certified, full-service property damage restoration company specializing in water, fire, wind, contents, and mould damage. Founded in 1995 as the 13th WINMAR® franchise, we have developed and maintained strong roots within our operating region of Grey and Bruce Counties. WINMAR® Owen Sound provides emergency, restoration, and additional contractor services to a wide range of customers. Via a two-pronged customer service approach, we are able to not only service residential homeowners but also commercial and industrial customers including municipalities, schools, nursing homes, commercial businesses, medical facilities, and not-for-profit organizations.×

Crescent Athletic Club

The Crescent Athletic Club of Owen Sound, Ontario was envisioned and founded in 1920 by like-minded sportsmen as a viable way to bind interests, commitments and the continuance of minor sports teams in the community. Historically a not-for-profit men's organization with the aim to support local athletic teams. Today the club functions in much the same way it was originally fashioned. A place for members to meet and greet in the club rooms for drinks, camaraderie and some gifted gab. Club banquets and sports events like golf, darts and curling tournaments generate proceeds to help keep the club running and to raise donation funds for minor sports teams in Owen Sound when it is possible to do so. 2022 was a historic year as the Crescent Athletic Club celebrated 102 years. ×
