The Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group Executive continued discussions and planning of the Annual General Meeting recently and would like to communicate the following:
Date : Tuesday May 25th, 2021
Time : 7pm
Location : Virtual via ZOOM
- Registration will be required by Friday May 21st, 2021 so preparations can be finalized.
- All attendees are required to be ON CAMERA in order to be eligible and verify voting.
- 1 Vote per Member per CAMERA
- Mic is to be muted unless it is your turn to speak
- In order to answer all membership questions, we ask that they be submitted by Fri. May 21st, 2021
- The registration form will have a place for your questions, as well as another avenue TBD
- There will be a brief Q&A session at the end of the meeting, time limited to 30 minutes
- Any questions that were not addressed will be followed up with ASAP
