Owen Sound Jr Attack Wins at Home
After a slow start at home Owen Sound Jr Attack takes the win beating the visiting Collingwood Blackhawks 4-1.
A great showing between the posts by Alyssa Barnard kept the Jr. Attack in the game keeping the Blackhawks to one goal at the 5:33 mark of the first period.
It must have been a good speech from the bench that lit the fire under the Jr. Attack as it was all White, Red and Black for the 3rd period with #18 Morgan Armstrong scoring the Attacks first with Nolan Edmonstone getting the assist. Ethan Williams helped with Owen Sounds 2nd goal with a solid pass to Hunter Stewart who had to work to get past 2 Black jerseysto get his goal giving the Jr. Attack the lead. They would not look back from here with Nolan Edmonstone getting his first of the game assisted by Hunter Stewart and Bennett Carr finished it off for a 4-1 final with an assist from #2 Percy Roney.
