OMHA Final Start Split
The Owen Sound Jr. Attack Crescent Club Major Midgets split their opening two OMHA Midget A Championship Final games on the weekend with the host Quinte West Hawks.
Skylar LeBlanc had a hat trick on Saturday in a 4-2 win and John Morris added a single.
Lauchlin Elder, Ryan Hamelin and Tyler McCracken scored on Sunday in a 5-3 loss.
The best-of-five series is tied 1-1. Game #3 is set for Saturday at 2:00 PM at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre. Game #4 goes at 4:00 PM on Sunday at the Lumley-Bayshore.
