Minor Atom's Advance To GBMHL Finals
The BDO Dunwoody Jr Attack Minor Atom's travelled to Coldwater on Sunday where they defeated the the Coldwater Wildcats 2-1 in Georgian Bay Minor Hockey League Playoffs.
The Attack had several chances in the first period but were unable to capitalize.
The first period remained scoreless.
The Wildcats took the lead around the 5 minute mark of the second period.
Sam Shakes scored with a wrist shot from the left side to tie the game at one early in the third period.
Andrew Suchomel scored the go ahead goal unassisted at the mid way mark of the third.
Kaelem Ryan played well in net for the win.
The Attack will now advance to the finals of the GBMHL playoffs.
