  1. Note: All coaching positions are considered *OPEN* annually and all potential coaches, including returning
    coaches, must complete the application and possible interview process.

    The head coach is the direct link to the OSMHG executive and the VP of hockey. Co-operation during tryouts /
    team selection along with issues throughout the season is paramount to a successful season and is expected of
    coaches selected.

By completing this application, you are applying for the position of HEAD COACH. All head coaches are required to submit information including assistant coaches, staff and rosters to the VP of rep hockey for approval prior to having the roster approved.
