Atom Minor, 2010-11 (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

The Owen Sound BDO Dunwoody Minor Atom Jr. Attack played their best game of the season so far, defeating the Brampton Jr. Battalion 6 - 3 .  It just happened to be the last game of the OMHA play downs.  Although the team will not advance they were driven to win from the beginning of the game right to the end, which was very exciting and impressive to watch. 

The BDO Dunwoody Minor Atom Jr Attack finish off the regular season play with a well earned win defeating the Dundalk Storm Atoms  1 - 0

Congratulations to the BDO Dunwoody Minor Atom Jr. Attack for a great job at the Barrie Canadian Tire Classic.  They experienced a higher level of play and truly proved that they belong at that level by tying the Hamilton Cyclones 3-3.

Owen Sound BDO Dunwoody Minor Atom Jr. Attack played great this weekend in the Silver Stick Qualifier Tournament.  They opened the tournament playing against the Barrie Colts.   Scoring for Owen Sound was Dominic Millman assisted by Jacob Lumley.  Kaleb Sutherland scored the second goal assisted by Dominic Millman but it wasn’t enough to stop the Colts as they went on to defeat Owen Sound 3-2. The MVP. for Owen Sound went to Drew VanKooten.

Owen Sound BDO Dunwoody Jr Attack Minor Atom was beaten 6-1 in their home opener by the Meaford Mustangs.
