The Garb & Gear Minor Pee Wees want to
remind the entire hockey community that October Is Breast Cancer Awareness
month. If you get a chance to watch our
team in the coming weeks remember to wear pink to the rink and support our 50-50
draw. Money raised from our 50-50 draws
will be donated back to our local Canadian Cancer Society. You will also see our players, parents and
friends wearing a grey Attack hoodie with pink lettering. These hoodies are in memory of our dear
friend and #1 Hockey Mom Vanessa Arthur and to honour the brave mothers,
grandmothers, family and friends who have battled and continue to battle breast
cancer. PINK looks good on everyone!
