Atom Minor (U10), 2019-20, REP (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

The Booy's Action Auto, Minor Atom Team is developing well and making great progress this season.  There tenacity and determination to improve has kept this team going throughout the season and it showed this past weekend with two wins.  Saturday Dec 7th they won 7-4 against the Caledon Hawks.  Sunday Dec 8th they beat the Hespeler Shamrocks 6-0 in Hespeler.  This team may surprise many with their perseverance.  Congrats to Goalie, Paul McKenna for his first shut-out of the season and to the whole team for their success! 

Saturday Oct 5th, the Booys Action Auto; OS Jr Attack Minor Atom team had an exciting home game against the Guelph Gryphons.  Unfortunately they came out with a loss (2-4), however they are growing as a team and learning to play together.  This team won't give up. "Ducks never say die"

The Booy's Action Auto Minor Atom Team are working hard and enjoying the game.  Sat Sept 28th they played Flamborough - Dundas and lost 7-2.  Both Ben Warwick and Alex Jarman scored a goal for the Minor Atom team.  On to the next...

Booy's Action Auto's Minor Atom Team, had a busy hockey day with two away games on Sunday Sept. 22nd.  The morning game was a loss against a strong Halton Hills 6-2 with both Tyson Gass and Weston Tennant scoring for Owen Sound.  The second game was in Orangeville and the Minor Atom team fought a hard battle and came out with their first win of the season! 2-1 with both Ben Warwick and Alex Jarman scoring a goal.  The OS goalie, Paul McKenna showed off his skills with many amazing saves.  Great job OS Minor Atom team! 

On Saturday Sept 21st the Booy's Action Auto OS Jr. Attack Minor Atom team showed perseverance and fought a hard battle against the Centre Wellington A1 Team.  It was a action packed, nail bitter kind of a game.  Kohen Kirby scored the first goal of the season for the Attack team.  Unfortunately, the Minor Atom team was defeated 2-1.  They will keep striving for that win.
