Atom Major, 2018-19, REP (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

With their 62nd win of the season the Owen Sound Jr. Attack Leeder & Associates Major Atoms clinched the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) title in Barrie on Saturday.  It has been a quite a run for this team in the playoffs as they clinched their Georgian Bay League championship this past Tuesday.  To start the OMHA playdowns the Jr. Attack swept through the first round defeating Burlington, Guelph and New Hamburg in the round robin stage.

Another Busy (and Successful) Weekend for Major Atoms In this case the weekend of hockey for the Owen Sound Jr. Attack Leeder & Associates Major Atoms started on Thursday night with a trip to Collingwood to face the Blackhawks.  This proved to be a tense game where the fans only needed the edge of their seats.  The Jr. Attack scored in the first period to go up 1-0 and would take that lead into the intermission.
