Opening Weekend 1 and 1, News, Midget AE, 2016-17 (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

The Owen Sound Collin’s Barrow Midget AE boys began the 2016-17 season splitting a pair of games. Friday the boys lost their home opener to Dundalk at home by a score of 6 to 3 with goals by Brady Blackman, Caleb Andrews and Connor Petley.  The team travelled to Midland Saturday night to play the Centennials where the power play went to work in an exciting 6 to 1 win.  All lines were rolling with goals from 6 players; Connor Petley, Evan Saab, Jordan Smith, Alex MacNeil, Tyler Scott and Caleb Andrews. Kegan Bradley served in Goal for both games as the team’s only goalie! Mitch Willey may have to act as the backup should Kegan miss a gain or injured! Sorry Mitch!
