Pittsburg, HL Initiation East, 2011-12 (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

Alexander Adair's defence tonight in game against Georgian Shores spared Pittsburgh a few goals against them.  Noah Lundgren had many saves in net. Cody Cox, Nadia Mandeno and Bryce Martin had many chances but just couldn't get it past their goalie. Jillian Goldie played a great all around game. Scott Lumley, Curt Duggan and Pearson Roe contributed by keeping it in their end. Chace Mertineit ("Pauser") had an eye on who he was going to pass it to just before GS could steal it away, way to go Chace. Great game. Pittsburgh has two more games this coming weekend, lets get a win under our belts ...

Pittsburgh played Flesherton #2 today in a great game. The team played well defensively and offensively to almost come out with a win.  Bryce Martin had a hat trick.  A goal was also sent into the net by the other team.  All players played hard and hopefully will soon come out on top,

Pittsburgh held strong holding Opsrey 2 with a 3-2 lead.  But with less then a second left in the game, Osprey slipped one in to tie it up.  Bryce Martin had a hat trick with both Nadia Mandeno and Wyatt Gibbons adding assists.

Owen Sound Tyke- Pittsburgh lost 3-2 against Osprey 1 in Osprey.  Osprey had the lead all game but we answered back with each goal. We ran out of time. Pulling the goalie with a minute left in play, we had many shots but just couldn’t connect with the net.  Graedon Burr with one goal, assisted by Bryce Martin. Bryce Martin with one goal assisted by Curt Duggan and Graedon Burr.  

Graedon Burr scored 1 goal against Flesherton 2.  Bryce Martin added 2 goals.  Noah Lungdren played well in net and the team played great defensively as a whole.
