Rough game. lots of goals and lots of penalties, but the Firefighting Crew came out on top for their 2nd straight victory this weekend
First period goals went to Scooter Dodd assisted by Noah Solinger and Damien Sutton unassisted
Owen Sound then let the Panthers back into the game with 2 quick 2nd period goals, however the Jr. Attack didnt quit and Brady Brown popped one in late in the 2nd assisted by Andrew Lavergne on the power play.
Owen Sound then dominated the final frame scoring 3 times off the sticks of Tanner Prior, Andrew Lavergne and Matt Lyall. Assists in the period went to Darin Vanderschot with 2, Matt Lyall and Brady Brown each with one.
Mac Kuglin was between the pipes and was not all that busy stopping 5 of 8 shots, to preserve the win #2 on the weekend for the Firefighters.
