NEW PENALTY RULE FOR REST OF SEASON, News, HL Midget, 2011-12 (Owen Sound Minor Hockey Group)

Players who are given a penalty during a game WILL SERVE 2 minutes in the box, whether the opposing team scores or not.   This is to hopefully minimize penalties.  Players who leave the penalty box early will receive another penalty.  Remember  on the third penalty the player is removed from the game.
