The role of a head coach is an integral part of our organization, acting as a key connection between the team, the Vice President of Hockey, and the OSMHG executive. Coaches play an essential role in evaluations, team selection, and fostering open communication throughout the season, helping to ensure a successful and rewarding experience for all involved.
