Atom Selects Come Together Quickly at Meaford Tournament!
The Meaford Tournament has become a welcome opener to the Atom Select season! 

 Less than a week after the team was formed, they were on the ice and quickly pulled together as a team.  After an opening loss to Port Stanley, the boys rebounded on Saturday and narrowly lost to host Georgian Shores.  By the afternoon, the team started to click and they scored their first win, against Collingwood.  Sunday morning's action was an exciting early morning affair against Oshawa.  The Selects won 3-2, on Foster Tannahill's goal and Jake Ostrom's steely determination during the dramatic shoot-out!  Playing in the semi-final, the Selects lost a tough one to Wasaga.  A terrific opening to the season, the team displayed great teamwork, growing skill and best of all, had a great time!  There is definitely more to come this season!
