Kunkel Bus Lines Maj. Ban. Improve to 11-0
The Owen Sound JR. Attack Major Bantams picked up two more wins this past weekend.

The first victims rolled into town from Burlington to face the Attack  Saturday afternoon at the Bayshore.
Curtis Arnold opened the scoring with help from Ethan Kerr, fourteen minutes into the opening frame. Tyson Morrison gave the home team a two goal lead with assists going to Sky Berfelz, and Jon Elzinga. The Eagles tied the game with back to back goals 43 seconds apart less than two minutes later. C.Arnold regained the lead with 1:23 remaining in the first period (T.Morrison N.Andrews with the assists.)
Both goaltenders held the fort in the second period keeping the score 3-2 for the Kunkel Bus Lines squad.
Landon Humphries buried the biscuit early in the third, followed by another marker by Jacob Duncan to give Owen Sound a three goal cushion in the final frame. The pesky Eagles weren't going down without a fight scoring a power play goal with 4:07 left to go in the game.  The bus would stop there with a final score of 5-3.

The Kunkel Bus hit the road early Sunday for a 12 noon tilt in Georgetown to square of with the Halton Hills Thunder.  Less than three minutes in, Nolan Andrews opened the scoring with Cole Gowan and Spencer Davidson also tallying in the first period (Assists to Curtis Arnold, Jaiden Whitlock, and Jacob Duncan.)  In the second, Jon Elzinga and Curtis Arnold scored 10 seconds apart to put the JR. With 8:37 remaining, N.Andrews lit the lamp for a second time to put O.S. up 6-2.
The frustrated Thunder sparked a chippy third period, but the classy JR. Attack keep their eye on the prize en route to a 6-3 victory.
