Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack get 5 out of 6!
The Owen Sound Garb and Gear Minor PeeWee Jr. Attack picked up 5 out of a possible 6 points this past weekend. Saturday the team
traveled to Burlington to take on the division leading (as of that game) Eagles. Burlington tied
the game late which ended in a tough 4-4 tie. Sunday saw the Milton Winterhawks - Blue come to town for a double header. Game 1 the Attack scored a late empty netter and gutted out a 4-2 victory. Game 2 saw a disciplined team effort ending with a 5-2 final for the Attack.
The team
hits the road Friday night to take on the Brampton 45s and then a quick turn around in Halton Hills vs. the Thunder on Saturday. Next home game will be Sunday vs. Caledon Hawks. Game time is 1:15pm at the Bayshore Community Centre.
