Great Play Against Bruce Peninsula
The Owen Sound Atom Selects showed great improvements, despite the loss, in a recent rematch against the Bruce Peninsula Predators.

After a quiet November, the team hit the ice on Sunday evening for a rematch against the quick Bruce Peninsula Predators.  The boys played hard all game, and the coaches wisely took advantage of house league experience to create effective lines.  Joining other great newcomers like Lucas Merner, Jaiden Whitlock scored his first goal in his very first game as a Select player!  Quinton Rodgers' shot from a unique position marked the second goal of the game.  Strong defence, especially from Connor McManaman and Jayden Todd, kept the Predators on their toes.  Despite the final 6-2 loss, it was a great game with some great plays!  The tournament in Orono on January 2nd will be fun and interesting as the team keeps improving!
