The Garb & Gear Minor Peewee's hosted the high-flying Burlington Eagles at the Julie MacArthur Rec Centre on Sunday, December 15th, with high hopes of grounding their heated rivals and ending the Eagles 7-game winning streak that had helped them soar into 1st place in the Tri-County league standings. The two top-10 OMHA teams are quickly forming a very heated rivalry between each other. The Owen Sound Garb & Gear Source for Sports Minor Peewee’s put their newly achieved top 10 OMHA ‘A’ ranking on the line Saturday in Hespeler against the home side Shamrocks. Lady Luck however was on the Attack’s side in this game, as the visitor’s dominated with their 3-1 victory.

The Garb and Gear Source for Sports Minor Peewee’s split their two Tri-County league games this past weekend against Guelph and Halton Hills.

The Owen Sound Garb and Gear Source for Sports Minor Peewee’s were back on the ice tonight at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Centre where they hosted the Tri-County League leading Woolwich Wildcats on the back end of a home and home series. The Attack were looking forward to getting back on the ice quickly after Saturday’s debacle in Elmira, where the Wildcats easily pawed the Attack by a score of 7-2.

The Owen Sound Garb & Gear Minor PeeWee's travelled to Georgetown Friday night, fresh off a come from behind tie over the former Ontario #1 rank London Nationals, hungry to exact some revenge over the Halton Hills Thunder for their early season 4-2 loss.  The Attack were expecting a hard fought battle against the 3rd place Thunder, but skated away with a dominating 5-0 shutout, with Mason Adams turning away all shots.  Captain Joseph Pringle was a steady force on the blue line, earning the player of the game hard hat on the night.
