Major Atoms Update
The Leeder & Associates Major Atoms continue to roll, unbeaten in their last seven contests...
The Majors Atoms continue to roll with 2 convincing wins recently over Elmvale 7-3 & 5-2. Twice they have got the better of the Blackhawks of Collingwood with a 6-4 win and most recently today with a 4-2 win. Shelburne and Georgian Shores were also on the radar with convincing wins against the Shelburne squad by a 6-2 margin, and taking Georgian Shores in a 4-2 contest. A real challenge came from the Stayner Cyclones who had the boys down 2-0 into the 3rd but some great individual efforts at the end of that contest gave uis the tie.
Team play seems to be key to our success in league play and when the passes come, so do the goals.
