A pair of victories on Friday and Saturday moved the Owen Sound Fire Fighter Minor Bantam to the top of the Tri-County eastern conference, and just two points behind the top ranked team in the province, the Centre Wellington Fusion.



Friday night’s home town matchup was a hard fought affair against the Caledon Hawks. The Attack came out on top 2-1 over the Hawks. Goals from Kashias Keeshig and Josh Dales.
 
Saturday afternoon’s game against the Dundas Blues was broadcast on Rogers TV, and the Owen Sound Fire Fighter Minor Bantam team came out firing on all cylinders! The 12-1 final filled the net, and the game sheet. Kashias Keeshig had a hat trick, two goals from Chase Mertineit and Marcus Grajnar Ptok, and singles from Wyatt Cayley, Cohen Garvie, Bryce Martin, Nathaniel Oniszeczko, Joseph Weiler, and Cody Cox.
 
The Owen Sound Fire Fighter Minor Bantam are back in action Sunday night with a Bus road trip for a  5:30 matchup in Halton Hills.
