Exciting Opportunity: Owen Sound Minor Hockey Launches U15 & U18 2nd Entry Teams!
Owen Sound Minor Hockey is thrilled to announce the launch of our U15 and U18 2nd Entry Rep teams for the upcoming 2024-25 season! This program is designed to offer players a unique opportunity to challenge themselves, develop their skills, and experience competitive hockey in a supportive environment.

About the 2nd Entry Program

Our 2nd Entry teams are tailored for players who are eager to take their game to the next level. Whether you’re a seasoned player looking for a fresh challenge or someone curious about competitive hockey, this program offers an ideal balance of competition, skill development, and team camaraderie.

Pre-Skate Sessions

To help our players prepare for the season and the upcoming tryouts, we have scheduled pre-skate sessions. These sessions are a great opportunity to get back on the ice, shake off the rust, and start the season strong.

  • U15 2nd Entry Pre-Skates:
    • September 7th at 1:00 PM - Julie McArthur Rec Centre
    • September 8th at 12:00 PM - Julie McArthur Rec Centre
  • U18 2nd Entry Pre-Skates:
    • September 8th at 1:00 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
    • September 11th at 8:30 PM - Bayshore Community Centre

Tryout Schedule

We invite all interested players to participate in the tryouts for a chance to join these exciting new teams. Our tryouts are structured to give every player the opportunity to showcase their skills and determination.

  • U15 2nd Entry Tryouts:
    • Tryout 1: September 14th at 12:30 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
    • Tryout 2: September 15th at 12:30 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
    • Tryout 3: September 20th at 8:00 PM - Julie McArthur Rec Centre

     

  • U18 2nd Entry Tryouts:
    • Tryout 1: September 13th at 9:00 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
    • Tryout 2: September 14th at 1:30 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
    • Tryout 3: September 15th at 1:30 PM - Bayshore Community Centre
