Review of Covid-19 Screening and Protocols
Submitted By Cam Duggan on Tuesday, December 7, 2021
OSMH would like to thank all our members for everyone’s efforts in supporting the COVID protocols, and we need everyone to continue the efforts which include properly wearing face masks as identified in our Return to Play and completing the online screening prior to entry into the facilities.

In recent weeks COVID cases have seen increases on a regional and provincial level, and we all need to do our part to ensure we are operating in the safest manner possible. Unfortunately, in recent weeks we have seen positive cases within hockey organizations in Ontario (which includes age groups that require full vaccination to participate) so please take a few minutes to review and discuss the COVID safety requirments with your son/daughter.

Please note that if a situation occurred where a group was potentially exposed to a COVID situation that Public Health would inform the group of the potential concerns and provide the required direction.

Thanks for your continued efforts as we continue!
