• For 2011-12 OSMHG is offering FREE registration to NEW players 5 - 10 year of age. (4 year olds will be accepted if they are able to skate). These players must never have played hockey previously and must be qualify to play in OSMHG under the guidlines set out in the regulations of the OMHA 3.4 - Right of Choice. If you have any questions whether you qualify, please email the registrar ([email protected])
• Representative Tryout Fees will be $50 for 2011/12
• All cheques or money orders should be made payable to “O.S.M.H.G.”
• Owen Sound Minor Hockey will allow the cost of Registration to be paid with a series of Post-dated cheques, if necessary (June 30, 2010 • July 21, 2010 • August 21, 2010).
No cheques to be post-dated later than Aug 21, 2010.
• A player will not be considered as registered or allowed on the ice until payment is received in full and the cheque has cleared through the bank
**A returned cheque will be subject to additional fees and must be replaced by cash only**
