January 14th & 15th Results
The Owen Sound Garb & Gear Minor Pee-Wee team were back on the ice after a 4 week break to begin there preliminary round of the OMHA Playoffs with 2 games this past weekend.  The kids battled hard and came away with 4 points to begin there OMHA playoffs. 


Saturday January 15th, 2017

The Dundas Blues where in town to faceoff with the Garb & Gear Minor Pee-Wee team for an early afternoon game at the Bayshore.  Kai Bryia stood tall between the pipes as end to end action resulted in a 5 – 4 win over the visiting Blues.

 

Second Period

  • Ronan Helder opened the scoring for the Jr Attack with a pass from William Hellyer

 

Third Period

  • Markus Ptok found the back of the net with a pass from Bryce Martin

  • Ronan Helder added the 3rd marker with a pass from Bryce Martin & Cohen Garvie

  • Bryce Martin added the 4th marker with a pass from Markus Ptok & Ronan Helder

  • Nate Oniszeczko found the net for the 5th goal

     

 

Sunday December 18th

The Owen Sound Garb & Gear Jr Attack boarded there bus early Sunday morning and headed down highway 6 to face off with the Guelph Gryphons.  Noah Lundgren turned away many shots in the 6-3 victory over the Gryphons.

 

First Period

  • Kaleb Slater opened the scoring with a pass from Cody Cox

  • Ronan Helder added the 2nd goal with a pass from Markus Ptok

 

Second Period

  • Wyatt McNabb found the back of the net to add the 3rd goal

  • Bryce Martin added the 4th marker with a pass from Markus Ptok & Nate Oniszeczko

 

Third Period

  • Bryce Martin put the puck in the net with a pass from Cam Moore & Nate Oniszeczko to add the 5th goal

  • Wyatt McNabb added the 6th marker with a pass from Kaleb Slater

 

 

The Owen Sound Garb & Gear JR Attack will have a busy weekend ahead of them with 3 games in 3 days. 

  • Friday January 20th the team travel to Fergus to face off against the Center Wellington Fusion for a Friday evening game.

  • Saturday January 21st the team will host the Guelph Gryphons at the Owen Sound Rec Center.  Puck drops @ 1:15pm

  • Sunday the team will travel to Dundas for a late Sunday Afternoon game against the Blues
